Reston is part of the Fairfax region in northern Virginia, just west of the U.S. Capitol. Even though Reston does not have a central business district per se, the Reston Town Center functions as a transport and business hub for the community. Reston is also convenient to the bustling Dulles Technology Corridor, which is another drawing card for the region.
